Feeling the calling to lead out in any situation can sometimes be intimidating and difficult. As we equip followers of Jesus to take the next step by leading others, we want to make sure that they are beginning that process with the proper tools and resources.
In these trainings you will look at the Why? the What? the How? and the Expectations of groups here at South Lakes. Feel free to pause and rewind as you take notes throughout the video. Be sure to bring those and your answered questions to the new leader discussion time.
